THE APPROACH

Crowdfunding is not just a listing.
It is a relationship built on trust.

Backers look beyond the price. Is the product real? Does the difference matter? Can the team deliver? Preparation means answering these questions clearly before the public launch.

PRODUCT FIT

Is crowdfunding the right next step?

A difference people understand

Start with specific use cases and the solutions people already use. A new feature, experience or design needs a clear reason to choose it.

Capability you can demonstrate

Prepare working prototypes, real demonstrations and test evidence. Separate existing functions from development plans; a concept render is not proof of a finished product.

A credible delivery plan

Review manufacturing readiness, certification, shipping and after-sales responsibilities. Base the funding goal on actual needs, not simply an easy-to-reach number.

SERVICE SCOPE

Connect every stage of the launch.

01 / Positioning & strategy

Assess use cases, competing messages and audiences. Define core benefits, platform fit and launch milestones, with positioning guidance and a preparation checklist.

02 / Films & campaign pages

Build films, images, English copy and FAQs around product value. Identify which claim each demonstration supports.

03 / Pre-launch audience building

Reach potential backers through landing pages, ads and email. Use their feedback to refine the message rather than focusing only on signup volume.

04 / Marketing coordination

Plan ads, creator outreach and media conversations around the category. Define assets, samples and timing. Third-party partnerships require confirmation.

05 / Launch & operations

Check reward tiers, page content and delivery information. Coordinate schedules, updates and comment responses while following market feedback.

06 / Handover & next steps

Hand over content and operating materials. Plan backer communications, subsequent sales and website handoff. Agreed fulfillment partners remain responsible for production and shipping.

DELIVERABLES

Tangible outcomes at every stage.

Before kickoff: align expectations

Review product information, launch objectives, scope and responsibilities. Identify the gaps before deciding what to build.

Before launch: check readiness

Prepare the benefits-and-evidence matrix, content versions, pre-launch findings and launch checklist. Keep pages, emails and ads aligned.

During the campaign: learn and respond

Maintain update records, issue lists, advertising reviews and recommendations. Product owners verify development and delivery changes before communication.

After the campaign: complete the handover

Archive creative and copy, define user communications and scope follow-on work. Transfer accounts, data and permissions as agreed.

QUESTIONS

A few things to clarify before we start.

Can we begin while the product is a prototype?

Yes, with positioning and production planning. Confirm prototype readiness, functional evidence and development plans before filming or public promotion. Label unfinished features clearly.

How much preparation time is needed?

Timing depends on prototype availability, production specifications, reviews and pre-launch testing. Map dependencies and milestones first; a fixed number of weeks is no substitute for project assessment.

How are fees structured?

Service fees follow the agreed scope. Advertising, samples, shipping and software are separate. Any commission or staged payments must have an explicit calculation basis in the proposal.

Can you guarantee a funding amount?

We cannot promise a fixed funding total or advertising return. We can agree scope, delivery standards, budget authority and the review process in advance.
