Walk through the visitor journey
Start from the actual advertisement or email. Check language, links, rewards and phone reading. Does an old link still lead to the pre-launch page? Can a new visitor understand the next step? Ask someone outside production to do the walkthrough and note where they need help.
Agree on a version of the facts
At a chosen point, confirm prices, accessories, specifications, dates and development status. Keep a version the team can reference. If a reward gains an accessory, for example, check the film captions, emails and support answers too. Changes may still be needed, but they need an owner and a clear update path.
Assign incident owners in advance
Plan who responds if the page is unavailable, a video fails or a message contains a wrong fact. If an email link is incorrect, who can stop later batches and prepare a correction? Agree before sending. Several people editing the same asset at once can make the problem harder to track.
Use a clear launch decision
Separate blockers, issues that can wait and optional suggestions. A wrong product claim should not be ignored because a date was booked. A small layout preference should not carry the same weight as a serious error. Record the decision, known risks and completed rechecks so the team knows what was approved.
Put this into practice
- Test real entry links in both languages and on a phone.
- Confirm the approved facts and who can change them.
- Recheck launch blockers before making the final decision.
